Ian Ramon Allen (born July 22, 1978 in Newark, New Jersey) is a former American football offensive lineman in the National Football League for the New York Giants, the Philadelphia Eagles, the Arizona Cardinals and in NFL Europa with the Scottish Claymores. He played college football at Purdue University.
He currently is working as a presenter on Sky Sports NFL TV programming in the U.K.
Since March 2008 he is the owner of the Ipswich Cardinals British American Football club[1].
