IBC Express Balita is the flagship program of sequestered Television Station Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation (IBC). It is one of 3 news programs produced by the network's News and Public Affairs Division and airs at 4:30 in the afternoon on weekdays. The news program has former teen star Precious Hipolito-Castelo and Ali Atienza as its anchors. Ali Atienza was replaced by Bing Formento. Its reportorial teams are tasked to gather news from every major beat in the Greater Manila Area as well as nearby provinces. In November 9, Castelo and Formento was replaced by Jake Morales and Karen Padilla with new look and OBB
