Law Dictionary: Immoral Conduct

That "conduct which is willful, flagrant, or shameless, and which shows a moral indifference to the opinions of the good and respectable members of the community." 20 P. 2d 896, 897. It is sometimes the basis for suspension or revocation of authority to practice certain professions such as law and teaching. See id., 421 P. 2d 586, 589.
