Money is just paper to Impreso. Through its primary subsidiary TST/Impreso, the company makes and distributes specialty paper and film imaging products. Its paper products include thermal fax, copier, wide-format, continuous-feed, and special surface papers such as film transparencies. Impreso has six manufacturing plants and distributes in North America through more than 50 warehouses to dealers and other resellers. Impreso owns two other subsidiaries: Hotsheet.com (provides links to popular Web sites), and Alexa Springs (spring water bottling company). Impreso, under the direction of Chairman, president, and CEO Marshall Sorokwasz, suspended its SEC reporting obligations in 2006.
