Independent Spirit Awards 2007

Wikipedia: Independent Spirit Awards 2007

The Independent Spirit Awards 2007 announced its nominees in November 2007. The ceremony was broadcast live on Independent Film Channel on February 23, 2008 and hosted by actor Rainn Wilson. The Writers Guild of America had given the event a waiver, granting union writers permission to write for it during the writers strike (but the strike ended before it was held).
