The Industry, Trade and Labour Minister of Israel (Hebrew: שר התעשייה, המסחר והתעסוקה‎, Sar HaTa'ashya HaMishar VeHaTa'asuka) is the political head of the Israeli Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labour and a position in the Israeli cabinet. The post was established in 1948 as the Minister of Trade and Industry. In 1977 the Tourism Minister post was added to it, becoming the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Tourism. However, the merger was reversed in 1981 and the post was renamed Minister of Industry and Trade. Labour, which had been merged with the Welfare Minister position in the 1970s, was appended to the portfolio in 2003. The current minister is Binyamin Ben-Eliezer.

There is occasionally a Deputy Minister, a post at present filled by Orit Noked.
