Ingvar Henry Lotts (Lithuanian: Ingvar Heinrich Lotc, German: Ingwar Heinrich Lotz), a German from Russia, is a composer, journalist, and publisher, and editor-in-chief of German newspapers “Baltische Rundschau” and Baltic Review.[1] He was President of the Union of Germans from Lithuania in 1993 to the present time[citation needed] and is a member of the Journalists Union of Germany. His creative nickname was Mr. Balticum. At the moment, he lives in Vilnius, Lithuania.
