Plot
Intenado Para Senoritas (Girl's Boarding School) is a frothy Mexican musical, sublimely attuned to wartime movie-going tastes. The winsome Mapy Cortes heads the cast as an impressionable schoolgirl who falls in love with her handsome literature professor (Emilio Tuero). Problem is, the prof has no inkling of the girl's ardor. Only when she's on the verge of being expelled for some minor infraction does the teacher realizes with startling suddenness that he's in love with her.
