International Surf Resorts, Incorporated was incorporated in Nevada on December 4, 2006. The Company is an Internet-based provider of international surf resorts, camps and guided surf tours. It is also developing a website which advertises privately owned surf resorts, camps and guided surf tours in locations. For surf resort operators and property owners, the website would market their resorts, camps, and property rentals. The Company intends to develop a surf camp at Scorpion Bay, which is located in San Juanico, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Through its Mexican subsidiary, the Company own one hectare, which is approximately 2.5 acres of land, on the beach at Scorpion Bay. The Company is also reviewing plans to study the feasibility of building surf casas, or vacation rentals, for its camps and for visiting surfers and travelers to rent from there when they are not holding its camps. The Company is also assessing the feasibility of sub-dividing its parcel into smaller parcels and selling them. The Company is currently developing its website to allow consumers to search through all of its surf resorts, camps and rental properties and access detailed property information including photographs. The Company would market and promote its website on the Internet. The surf resort, camp and vacation rental industry is very competitive and has low barriers to entry. It also competes directly with other companies and businesses that have online surf resort, camps and vacation rental services which are functionally equivalent or similar to the Company's proposed website. The Company is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations generally applied to businesses, such as payroll taxes on the state and federal levels. It is also subject to the laws and regulations of Mexico.
