Internet Broadcasting (formerly Internet Broadcasting Systems), or IB, is the leading provider of Websites, content and advertising revunue solution to the largest and most successful media companies in the world. IB hosts over 70 local stations' sites, and co-produced NBCOlympics.com for the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece and the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy.^{[citation needed]} The company is headquartered in Saint Paul, Minnesota^{[citation needed]} with offices in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.^{[citation needed]}

Internet Broadcasting was established in 1996.^{[citation needed]} It is a local publisher and online ad network. Publishers and advertisers use its service to reach local in-market consumers through its national network of about 515 local media Web sites, which reach more than 55 million monthly visitors. The company creates Web products and distributes them as part of partnerships with Hearst-Argyle Television, Post-Newsweek stations, McGraw-Hill Broadcasting, Telemundo, Cox Television, and Meredith Broadcasting and others.^{[citation needed]} The Company also has a partnership with CNN.com.^{[citation needed]}
