Narrated by Investigative Reports host and producer Bill Kurtis, this video takes a look at some of this country's past disasters and explores how the government handled the crises. There is a look at a classified government survey that proves America is unprepared for most disasters. Whatever disaster-prevention systems this country does have will be studied to see how reliable and efficient they are.
