ION Life is a digital television network carried by ION Television affiliates, dedicated to lifestyle programming. It was launched February 19, 2007. The network airs programming pertaining to health and wellness, cooking, home decor, and travel, among other subjects.

The network is available 24 hours a day on digital subchannels (usually -DT3) of ION owned-and-operated stations. ION Life programming is also carried on the ION Plus feeds available on DirecTV, some Comcast and Time Warner Cable systems, and some non-O&O stations, in place of paid programming that airs on the main ION network.

The network was going to be called iHealth prior to its rebranding as ION Television. [1]

ION Television airs samples of ION Life programming on Sunday evenings.

ION Media Networks and Comcast have reached an agreement to not only continue to carry ION Television, but also to launch two new digital networks qubo and ION Life.[2][3]

As of November 30, 2009 ION Life is not available on Comcast in the Atlanta area.

Even though ION Life's parent network ION Television had rebranded itself on September 8, 2008, ION Life retained its present logo (which is a green version of the 2007-2008 ION Television logo) and graphics package.

ION Life is unusual as the network does not air the entire run of any of its programs, usually airing no more than six episodes of any given series airing on ION Life, meaning the same episode may replay multiple times in the same week.
