Plot

The origin of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers team is revealed in the home-video release It Came from Angel Grove. Here the viewer learns how a group of teenagers, decked out in colorful costumes and highly trained in martial arts, were endowed with special powers to battle the forces of evil, as personified by interdimensional sorceress Rita Repulsa. The "good guys" include Billy, the Blue Ranger; Kimberly Hart, the Pink Ranger; Zack Taylor, the Black Ranger; Trini Kwan, the Yellow Ranger; Jason Lee Scott, the Red Ranger; and last but far from least, Tommy Oliver, the Green Ranger.
