Review
It's Madness Too is the second part of an awkwardly sequenced two-disc collection that contains all of the singles and most of the B-sides from the first Madness album in 1978 through the departure of pianist Mike Barson in 1984. It's Madness Too spans a broader range of Madness history than the first disc, running from the first single in 1979, "The Prince" through the last single from 1984's Keep Moving, "Michael Caine." It also includes material from the middle period of 1980-1983 that was missing from It's Madness. While It's Madness Too does offer a thorough history of the chart performances of each single, the album and its companion piece, It's Madness, have been antiquated by the subsequent release of the box set The Business. That compilation offers several B-sides that didn't make the It's Madness discs, and it also covers the post-Barson era. ~ Evan Cater, All Music GuideTracks
