The Italy women's national volleyball team is the national team of Italy. It is governed by the Federazione Italiana di Pallavolo (FIPAV) and takes part in international volleyball competitions. Its most recent results include the victory of the 2007 Women’s European Volleyball Championships and the 2007 FIVB Women's World Cup gold medal.

Italy qualified for the 2004 Summer Olympics by finishing in fourth place at the Women's Volleyball Olympic Qualifier, from May 8 to May 16 in Tokyo, Japan. In Athens, Greece the team ended up in fifth place.
