Jacqueline Lourdes Blanco Davao (born February 11, 1964 in Cebu City, Philippines) is a Filipina actress. She was a well-known celebrity in the Philippine film industry during the 1980s and the 1990s, who has appeared in comedy, drama and romance films during that decade. Her best films include: Hihintayin kita sa langit, (1991), Si Aida,si Lorna, o si Fe, (1989) and Misis mo, misis ko ,(1988) and Palabra de honor (1983).

Biography

Blanco co-hosted Student Canteen (a popular Philippine mid-day talkshow) in the 1980s in GMA's channel 7 along with Chat Silayan, Chiqui Hollman-Yulo, Eddie Ylarde and Bobby Ledesma. She also appeared as a guest co-host in QTV-11's Moms, an early evening talkshow; and in Walang Tulugan, a midnight musical program hosted by German Moreno.

In 2001, she won the Slimmers Fitness World's Miss Great Body fitness contest. The following year, she was invited to work in the board of judges in the same competition.In June 2007, she enrolled in the Associate of Arts program of the University of the Philippines, Open University. Blanco works for the column in the The Philippine Star newspaper. She appears on the GMA Network shows. Blanco is the daughter of famous Philippine singer Pilita Corrales. She also has an actor half-brother named Ramón Christopher Gutierrez. She is married to Philippine actor Ricky Davao. They have three children.
