James Cameron's Titanic Explorer

Games: James Cameron's Titanic Explorer

Game Description

On April 10, 1912, Titanic left Belfast, Ireland on it's maiden voyage. Within days, it would strike an iceberg and sink to the bottom of the ocean, taking with it nearly 1,500 people, crew and passengers. It was the greatest loss of life on an ocean voyage in history, and changed the way the world looked at many things. The Age of Dreams was over. Here, on James Cameron's Titanic Explorer, you have the greatest companion to the greatest ocean disaster in the history of man. With the release of Titanic, the motion picture, interest had never been higher in this disaster, and this is the greatest compendium available.

Featuring footage from the movie that ended up on the cutting room floor, a guided tour through the ship, and an interactive timeline that describes in detail everything from the age of the building of the ship, to the discovery of the lost wreck, everything is included on this three CD set. With an introduction by James Cameron, interviews from survivors, the actual blueprints, photographs, and news footage, this is a title that anyone who has an interest in the sinking and recovery of Titanic should have.

Roots & Influences

With the feature film Titanic, the interest had never been higher for information on the greatest ocean disaster of all time. Seeing the need for a compendium of all the information discovered during the research for the movie, James Cameron worked to get this informational title made and released.
