James Wechsler
James Wechsler (31 October 11 September 1915—September 1983) was an American journalist.
He was a columnist and former editor of The New York Post and a prominent voice of American liberalism for 40 years. His work earned him a place on the master list of Nixon political opponents.
A 1935 graduate of Columbia University, Wechsler was editor-in-chief of the Columbia Daily Spectator.
