Jan Crouch (born Janice Wendell Bethany, 1937) is the co-founder, vice-president and director of programming of the Trinity Broadcasting Network, or TBN, the world's largest Christian television network. She is the daughter of an Assemblies of God pastor. Her father's family had Jewish heritage but later became Christian. She married her husband Paul Crouch in 1958.

The Chronicle of Philanthropy in 2004 reported Crouch's annual personal income as $361,000. According to Charity Navigator, TBN paid her $361,000 in 2004.[2] Her husband earned $419,000, son Paul F. Crouch Jr. earned $105,803, and TBN has a rating of two out of four stars.[3] However, Crouch has produced products for TBN such as videos that account for a portion of her income.

She is the founder of the Smile of a Child Network and has built a hospital in Haiti for the underprivileged. She regularly visits underprivileged countries and distributes free toys and school supplies to needy children.[citation needed] In May 2003, TBN announced that Jan Crouch had been diagnosed with colon cancer. After having lymphatic surgery, her cancer went into remission.[4]

Crouch is noted for her flamboyant makeup and dress when appearing on TBN. She typically sports a large pink bouffant and heavy make-up, somewhat reminiscent of another televangelist, the late Tammy Faye Bakker.
