Jared Aulin
Jared Aulin (born March 15, 1982 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada) is a retired professional hockey centre who played for the Springfield Falcons in the American Hockey League. He currently plays in Canadian Interuniversity Sport with the University of Calgary Dinos.
He has also spent time in the Washington Capitals, as well as the Los Angeles Kings organization, playing 17 games for the latter during the 2002-2003 season. It was rumoured and eventually confirmed that while Aulin was in Los Angeles, he had a brief fling with socialite Paris Hilton.
Aulin was the victim of a vicious, two-handed slash to the neck during a game in the summer league which left him heavily injured and forced him to quit the game.
