Jason Jones co-founded, with Alex Seropian, the computer game company Bungie in 1991.[1]

Video game work

He took part in the creation of video games including Marathon and the highly acclaimed Halo series in which he was project lead.[2] He also led the development team that created Halo 2.[3] Jones is currently working on a new video game series.[4]

Game creation process

During the creation of the Halo series, Jones would read war journals by authors such as John Kinkaid and Winston Churchill.[5]

Critical reaction

Jones was listed in Next Generation Magazines top 100 Developers in 2006 and 2007.[2][6]
