Jess Phillips (born February 28, 1947 in Beaumont, Texas) is an American former professional football player who played running back for ten seasons in American Pro Football. He began his pro career with the American Football League's Cincinnati Bengals in 1968, and also played for the NFL Bengals, Saints, Raiders, and Patriots.
