Jesse Dylan (b.January 6, 1966) is the founder of FreeForm. He is the son of musician Bob Dylan and brother of Jakob Dylan.

Projects with purpose
Dylan collaborated with will.i.am to create the Emmy Award-winning video Yes We Can, a project for Barack Obama's presidential campaign. The music video began virally online and has been seen by tens of millions of viewers since its debut in February 2008. Inspired by this experience and his longstanding interest in using media to communicate important social issues to drive change, Dylan created FreeForm. FreeForm is devoted to communicating effectively and creatively the stories of innovative projects, organizations, and foundations worldwide.
Currently, he is working with President Bill Clinton, creating a film to highlight the mission of the Clinton Global Initiative. Through FreeForm, Dylan has also partnered with such organizations and initiatives as the PODER Reconcilliation Forum for whom he shot a film with Desmond Tutu, TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design), the Harvard University Catalyst (http://catalyst.harvard.edu/), Kiva, and Bono’s ONE and RED campaigns. Filming icons including Desmond Tutu, Oprah Winfrey, and Cameron Diaz, Jesse Dylan has facilitated the communication of important social causes and calls to action.
Non-profit involvement
Dylan's non-profit work includes his medically-focused social networking website, Lybba, whose mission is based on the premise that all the world’s medical knowledge should be available free of charge in simple easy-to-understand language. He has also worked with Creative Commons and Science Commons (where he is a fellow) directing short films introducing the project for web distribution.
Dylan currently serves on the board of Public Knowledge, a Washington, D.C. based public interest group working to defend citizens' rights in our emerging digital culture.

Jesse Dylan’s photography reflects his signature authentic style and his ability to capture a subject’s essence honestly on film. Through his work multifaceted creative work, Jesse Dylan has had the opportunity to photograph subjects including Madonna, Scarlet Johansen, will.i.am, President Bill Clinton, America Ferrera, Will Ferrell, Richard Gere, Carmen Electra, Kobe Bryant, Fergie, Liv Tyler, Carrie Underwood, Jessica Simpson, Steve Martin, Desmond Tutu, Danny DeVito, Nellie Furtado, John Legend, Cameron Diaz, and Tom Waits.

Along with his business partner, Craig Rodgers, Dylan runs and directs for the commercial production company, Form, servicing domestic and worldwide accounts including Nike, Toyota, Nintendo, Motorola, American Express, Pizza Hut, NFL, and MTV.
Music videos
Jesse Dylan has directed music videos for artists including Tom Waits, Elvis Costello, Tom Petty, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Public Image Ltd., Lenny Kravitz, Nelly Furtado, Eels, and The Wallflowers (which features his brother Jakob Dylan).
Films
Dylan's early directorial experience led him to work in feature films, including "How High", "American Wedding" and "Kicking & Screaming". In addition, he produced Crips and Bloods: Made in America, a documentary exploring the world of gang violence in South Los Angeles, for director Stacy Peralta. This film was included in competition at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival.
Television
Dylan recently produced and directed a new series entitled Conversations with Ricky Jay. In this series, sleight of hand artist/actor/author Ricky Jay explains the fine art of cons, frauds, and hoaxes with celebrities, experts, luminaries and fellow raconteurs.
