Joe Profit (born August 13, 1949) is a former American football running back with the Atlanta Falcons in the National Football League (NFL). He spent 3 seasons on the Atlanta Falcons before moving to the New Orleans Saints. He was drafted in the first round with the seventh overall pick in the 1971 NFL Draft.
