Biography
Puerto Rican singer/actor Johnny Lozada started getting involved in show business when joining Latin pop quintet Menudo, taking Carlos Menendez's place. In 1984, Johnny Lozada left the group, recording a Latin rock album called Invitame, followed by a U.S. tour. Soon, his song "Gitano" was climbing on the charts throughout America. Later, the young artist joined a band called Proyecto M. In 1999, Johnny Lozada participated in Menudo's reunion to celebrate its 20th anniversary. ~ Drago Bonacich, Rovi
