The Journal of the ACM (JACM) is the flagship scientific journal of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).[1] It covers computer science in general, especially theoretical aspects.

The journal has been published since 1954.[2] As Lowry, Romans & Curtis (2004) write, "computer scientists universally hold the Journal of the ACM (JACM) in high esteem".[3]
