Jubal (in Hebrew, Yuval יוּבָל), was the son of Lamech and Adah, a brother of Jabal, a descendant of Cain, according to the Bible. The ancestor of all who played the lyre and pipe (instrument). See Book of Genesis 4:20-21
"Yuval", derived from the Biblical character, is a common male first name in contemporary Israel .
