Biography

Maryland melodic pop siblings Judd & Maggie began singing early on at home. Encouraged by their father to form a band, the brother-and-sister duo began performing in small clubs and cafes around Baltimore. With Judd on piano and guitar and Maggie on bass and vocals, their unique brand of soft, simple, but deeply emotional music eventually caught the ear of RCA Records, which signed the band. Produced by Beck drummer Joey Waronker and his father, legendary producer Lenny Waronker, Judd & Maggie's debut album, Subjects, was released in 2005. ~ Matt Collar, All Music Guide
