Plot

A mischievous urchin enlists the aide of his buddies to help get his father elected to the city council. Unfortunately, the children find themselves accidently involved in helping two jewel thieves escape. They feel bad about this, and so, to redeem themselves, begin investigating a rival candidates illegal conspiracy.
