Kalinga is not a spoken language, but an ethnologue dialect cluster in the South-Central Cordilleran languages of the Philippines.
The vernacular languages of Kalinga are: Balangao, Butbut, Ga'dang, Limos, Lower Tanudan, Lubuagan, Mabaka, Madukayang, Southern Kalingan, Upper Tanudan. [1]
