Kamiminochi (上水内郡; -gun) is a district located in Nagano Prefecture, Japan.
As of 2003, the district has an estimated population of 51,862 and a density of 76.91 persons per km². The total area is 674.32 km².
Towns and villages
Mergers
- On January 1, 2005 the town of Toyono and the villages of Togakushi and Kinasa merged into the city of Nagano.
- On October 1, 2005 the villages of Mure and Samizu merged to form the new town of Iizuna.
