The Jack Reardon Convention Centre in downtown Kansas City is the site of conferences, meetings, banquets, and conventions. The facility contains 20,000 square feet of exhibit space with 12 meeting rooms and 60 booth spaces. Seating is available for up to 1,800 participants. Next door, the Hilton Garden Inn offers 147 rooms and meeting space ranging from 300 to 5,000 square feet. The Best Western Inn and Conference Centre has 113 rooms and meeting space for groups of 15 to 225. Great Wolf Lodge offers 3,000 square feet of meeting space and 281 rooms. Some hotels, motels, and bed-and-breakfasts in the area also maintain meeting and banquet rooms.
