Game Description

In Karate Master, you start with a white belt and must do whatever it takes to achieve a black belt. As a lone karate warrior, you compete in various activities from the martial arts world.

While some competitions are based around breaking pieces of wood with bare hands, others involve knocking down moving projectiles such as throwing stars and daggers. In the latter activity, you'll use various kick and punch commands. Additionally, the would-be karate champion must align and shoot cards with a projectile item.

Each activity feature different controls that are shown before the round begins. In order to progress throughout the levels, you must reach a certain amount of points listed at the bottom of the screen. At times, you'll have more than one chance to achieve the desired amount of points. Whenever this level is not met, the game ends and you'll have to start over. ~ Matthew House, All Game Guide
