Karl Temata (born 12 July 1978 in Whangarei, New Zealand) is a New Zealand rugby league player. Temata is a Cook Islands international.
Temata plays for Harlequins RL in the European Super League. He previously played for the New Zealand Warriors and Hibiscus Coast Raiders.
Karl Temata's usual is prop. He has in the past operated as a Second-row forward, and has even played as a winger.
