KDE WAR

Wikipedia: KDE WAR (file format)
Web ARchive
Filename extension .war
Internet media type application/x-webarchive
Developed by The KDE Team
Container for Web pages

In computing, a WAR file (short for Web ARchive) can refer to a tarball (tar.gz file) which contains static Web pages (HTML and related files), so that a web page can be viewed offline as if one were on the original web page.

At this moment only Konqueror supports this format, although on most systems it can also be easily unpacked to be used with other browsers.
