Keith Van Horne (born November 6, 1957 in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania, U.S.) is a retired American football tackle.

College career
He played college football at the University of Southern California where he was an All-America tackle.
Professional career
Van Horne played offensive tackle in the National Football League for the Chicago Bears from 1981 though 1993. Wearing jersey number 78, he was a member of the 1985 Chicago Bears team, winners of Super Bowl XX.
Personal
Van Horne was married to Eleanor Mondale from 1988 to 1989. He currently lives in the Chicago suburbs.
