Plot

Terrified of rebellious youth culture, the faculty and staff at this particular high-school have gone overboard. The hall monitors are armed with guns, the teachers wear masks to hide their identities, and "detention" is a secret chamber under the gym from which screams can be heard! Miami Takashi is meek, frightened, and was even voted "Least Likely to Survive" by her classmates, but she is in luck. Kekko Kamen, the fearless heroine who wears red boots, a red mask, and nothing else, is a protector of innocents, and she won't stand for mistreatment of people like Miami. The principal wants Kekko captured, not just for her heroic behavior but for her nudity!
