Kenneth Leroy Carpenter (born February 26, 1926 in Seaside, Oregon) is a former American and Canadian football player who played in the National Football League from 1950–1953, the Canadian Football League from 1954–1959, and the American Football League in 1960. He played in college at Oregon State University and was drafted in the 1st round (13th overall) of the 1950 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns. He played for three teams over 11 seasons.
