The Kensington Station is a commuter rail station on the South Side section of the City of Chicago that serves the Metra Electric Line north to Millennium Station and south to University Park and Blue Island; and the South Shore Line to Gary and South Bend, Indiana. The station is officially located at 115th Street and Cottage Grove Avenue in the Pullman neighborhood of Chicago, and is the last Metra Electric station to be shared with the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District's South Shore line. This is also the last station for Blue Island Branch trains before those split off for Blue Island.
