Kerri-Anne Kennerley is an Australian television presenter.

Career

Kennerley has hosted many Australian television programs, including Midday with Kerri-Anne, Good Morning Australia, and her current job Mornings with Kerri-Anne. Kennerly first appeared on TV at 14 and has been working on live TV since 1981. The success of Mornings with Kerri-Anne is generally acknowledged as the reason for the demise of her previous program, Good Morning Australia. She is an avid singer and her singing has been parodied on shows such as Fast Forward. She hosted the Australian version of the short-lived game show Greed. She is often referred to affectionately as KAK, a literal reading of her initials.

Personal Life

In a recent interview in The Australian Women's Weekly she revealed that she had a miscarriage 15 years ago and will always regret not having children.

Awards

Kerri-Anne has never won a Logie before, but has been nominated on numerous occasions. She was nominated for the Gold Logie in 1997, 1998 and 1999 for her role as host of Midday. She has also been nominated for many other awards.
