Xırdalan (also, Khyrdalan, Khurdalan, and Xirdalan) is a city and municipality in and the capital of the Absheron Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 32,576.
In 29 November 2006, settlement gained city status after its approval by National Assembly of Azerbaijan.[2]
Khirdalan is also the home of country's biggest brewery Baltika Baku, previously known as Xırdalan.[3]
