Plot

Film noir conventions combine with Generation X attitude to produce this tense tale of a drug agent crippled by the very narcotic he was assigned to sweep from the streets. A new pill with the power to heighten the senses and increase the destructive capacity of the user is spreading like wildfire on the streets, and only one honest agent knows the true story behind the deadly experimental drug.
