Wikipedia: Kudos (production company)

Kudos Film & Television is a UK-based film and television production company, which has produced drama series for most of the major television networks in the UK. Its best-known series are the spy drama Spooks (2002–present; known as MI5 in the United States), con-artist thriller series Hustle (2004–present), time travel/police drama Life on Mars (2006–2007) and The Amazing Mrs Pritchard (2006). It has also made children's television with M.I.High, which debuted in January 2007, on BBC One and CBBC. Ashes to Ashes, a Life on Mars spin-off, began transmitting in February 2008.

In late 2006, the company was sold to Shine Limited along with Princess Productions and Firefly Production to create the Shine Group, although they still operate under four separate labels.
