This dull pinku eiga melodrama from Kanto studios and director Keizo Aki is representative of the forgettable, carbon-copy softcore films turned out by the studio in the late '60s. The story of a love triangle among a married man, his wife, and his young mistress, the film is hamstrung by stiff performances from leads Michiyo Segawa and Hiroshi Nakamura, and will be of even passing interest only to fans of Midori Enoki, who was usually the most interesting feature of the dreck in which she typically appeared. ~ Robert Firsching, All Movie Guide
