Ingredients
- ½ cup ice water
- ½ cup plain yogurt (unsweetened)
- 4 to 6 ice cubes (optional)
Procedure
- Combine water and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
- If you do not have a blender, put water and yogurt into a tall glass and stir briskly until smooth.
- Serve, over ice cubes if desired.
