Source: [1] Fair use rationale: Given at head of page indicates to user they have arrived at the page for the particular Labour party they were looking for (not a different country's); the image is in a reasonable resolution because it was taken from the party's own web-site therefore is of a resolution they are contented to have shown on the Web; it illustrates the article in question because it is firstly the present-say logo of the Party which has illustrative value and secondly it is the latest in a series of logos which therefore illustrates the history of how the Party has presented itself to the public (along with the other logos shown it shows progression from the more traditional and left-wing image to the more 'modern' or 'branded' appearance); by definition no free alternative is available because the image is a logo; the low resolution means it cannot be used to make false party materials etc; does not harm owner's ability or right to use it; is not used in a promotional way or negative opinion way; won't make readers think Wikipedia endorses Labour or vice versa.
