Lam Sheung Yee (Chinese:林尚義) or Spencer Lam (born 1938 in Hong Kong) was a football (soccer) defender, coach and announcer.
He was also once a secondary school teacher in Hong Kong and a famous Chinese actor in television and films. He also worked as a voice actor on television advertisments.
At international level, he represented Chinese Taipei in 1960 Olympics football in Rome.
