Lauren Anderson (born June 6, 1980 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) is an American model who was chosen as Playboy's Playmate of the Month in July, 2002 and has appeared in numerous Playboy videos. Lauren was the winner of the TV special Who Wants to Be a Playboy Centerfold?, broadcast on Fox in May 2002. She starred in the variety production "Headlights and Tailpipes" in Las Vegas at the Stardust Resort & Casino. Lauren also owns two salons in Gainesville, Florida named after her, and recently opened a hair and nails salon, also in Gainesville, called Envie.
Anderson is currently a sports anchor at FoxxyNews.com, whose motto is "Fair, Balanced...and Hot." It is a website that mocks Fox News, with Playboy Playmates, Victoria's Secret models, Maxim cover girls and the like.
Anderson appeared in the March 2008 Playboy Spain on the cover as well as a pictorial and interview.
