Plot

Stuck indoors on a rainy night, Laverne (Penny Marshall) and Shirley (Cindy Williams) decide to play a game of "truth or dare" with Lenny (Michael McKean) and Squiggy (David L. Lander). Before the evening is over, everybody is mad at everybody else, with seemingly permanent battle lines drawn. The only way to mend the various friendships is to alter the game so that the players will say only good things about one another--a formidable task indeed.
