Le Haut-Richelieu (Upper Richelieu) is a Regional County Municipality in southwestern Quebec, Canada in the Montérégie region. Its seat is in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. It is named for the Richelieu River which runs south-north through the RCM.
